Our Mission:
1) Pathogenesis and vaccine research on waterfowl important pathogenic bacteria.
2) Molecular mechanism for Brucella infection and cellular survival.
3) Pathogenesis, immune mechanism, prevention and control technology research on Foodborne pathogenic bacteria. Research and extension:
1) Isolation and epidemiological analysis of important animal bacterial pathogens.
2) Establish PCR, ELISA and colloidal gold immunochromatographic strips for detection of Riemerella anatipestifer, avian pathogenic Escherichia coli, Brucella abortus, Salmonella and Mycoplasma.
3) Pathogenesis and immune mechanism research of Riemerella anatipestifer, avian pathogenic Escherichia coli, Brucella abortus, Salmonella and Mycoplasma.
4) Development of high efficiency, broad spectrum and attenuated vaccine against important animal bacterial pathogens.
5) Bacteria-host interaction and signal pathway research
