一、个人简历
孙英杰,博士,研究员,博士生导师,现任禽病研究室副主任、国家级人才,入选中国农业科学院杰出青年英才、上海领军人才“后备队”。福建农林大学兼职博士生导师、上海微生物学会兽医微生物专业委员会主任、中国畜牧兽医学会公共卫生分会常务理事、中国畜牧兽医学会禽病学分会理事、J Integr Agr青年编委。
主要研究方向是动物副黏病毒的分子致病机制。重点关注病毒感染后诱导的固有免疫反应、代谢调控、细胞器应激以及细胞死亡等生物过程,深入探讨其在病毒复制和致病过程中的作用。主持国家重点研发计划青年科学家项目等国家和省部级项目8项。以第一或通讯作者在《Cell Reports》, 《mBio》、《Plos Pathogens》、《Journal of Advanced Research》、《Journal of Virology》、《iScience》、《FASEB Journal》等SCI期刊发表论文23篇,获授权发明专利8件,获“王泽霖基金禽病研究创新奖”。
