仇旭升

        预防兽医学博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。2009年7月在扬州大学农业部畜禽传染病重点开放实验室攻读博士学位,师从刘秀梵院士。2009年7月被聘用到中国农业科学院上海兽医研究所工作,主要研究方向包括开展新城疫反向遗传操作平台应用、新城疫新型疫苗及检测技术研发、病毒毒力进化机制等方面的研究工作。工作期间,建立了具有自主知识产权的新城疫病毒反向遗传平台两个,并以之为基础开展新型新城疫病毒疫苗的研究工作;开展新城疫病毒毒力进化规律、宿主因素及其分子机制的研究,发现新城疫病毒弱毒株传代后能够迅速突变为强毒的现象,初步揭示其基本作用规律;开展新城疫病毒毒力因子的分子致病机理研究,阐明了新城疫病毒P/V/W蛋白的干扰素拮抗机制。参加工作期间共参加国家及省部级课题9项。其中,主持项目4项,包括国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项(项目编号:311011822),2012公益性行业(农业)专项子项目1项(项目编号:201303033),中央科研院所科研基金2项(项目编号:2010JB24和2013JB03)。申请专利8项,获得专利授权2项。发表研究性论文三十多篇,其中SCI收录论文8篇。
